Age… probably 30 or younger.
Answer is a whal. Bonus is no more spending on haircuts. I literally have DIY for over 20 years.

If you’re desperate for hair, there’s propecia but it costs a bit and needs a script if I’m not mistaken.

A few years ago, in a very stressful time, my hair was thinning from my main crown. I have 2 older brothers who still have all their hair.

I recently noted, while the area is still thinner than it was in my 30s. The balding seemed to have paused/stopped, even looked a bit thicker, (maybe my imagination).

My approach was to ignore it, as when it got to a point of complete bald patch, I would simply go fully bald.

No special diet or anything just changed jobs to less stressfull environment.

Thinning patch at my crown which isnt really noticeable unless my hair gets longer.

Number 2 with hair clippers every so often, makes it look neat and not noticeable.

Other.

Ageing gracefully- hair is just migrating backwards

Wear a hat when it's sunny.

Diet and health and mental state plays a big role in hair loss.
For women, not for male pattern baldness.... though being healthier and more physically fit can increase the rate of male pattern baldness due to the higher hormone levels

All men in my family start with high hairline, recedes a bit then stops, and we just go gray.
Thought about doing something but most stuff has some side effects and well, now nearing 40, decided against it because I see my hair is doing the same.

talk kark, indians dont have that problem

we lose hair from genetics

i started losing hair from age 18 or so, started thinning out alot, by age 27 it was very thin

from age 30 alot more lost on the top

now i have patches on the top ..but full hair on the sides

started doing a number 1 about 5 years ago , then full bald from around a year ago

bald only cause it gives 1 or 2 more days extra between shaves

started thinning my hair, which is really odd for me, male Family members have ZERO hair loss,
gone white, yes, but ZERO hair loss, while I am actually freaking out that I'm losing hair at my age.
(unless I just discovered inadvertently, I was adopted  )

at this point its just thinning, and still grows strong in other areas, so it could be radiation, or diet or stress at this point.
what best way to deal with it? don't want to shave it all off, will look really weird with no hair.

loreal gel and the yellow cheap black like me or isonda or something gel didnt help

loreal wax was good but also didnt help
