Your temu orders

So how does this work,
You register on the website, pay/place the order, wait the time that it will take, then what? How does import tax work?
 
Got my first package delivered today via ITT couriers today. Once they handed over to ITT, the tracking stopped. I took a shot and pasted the Buffalo tracking into ITT's site, and it actually showed it's out for delivery. Good timing. Might have missed the delivery if I didn't know.

Quality is about the same for the same type of items on Takealot.

You get an SMS, robocall and an email asking you to pay the import tax when the item arrives in SA. You can pay using Snapscan, credit card, EFT, etc. I usually do it via snapscan.

When you get your prompt to pay the duty and vat they will send you to a Buffalo website were there will be a choice to pay through a variety of methods. Snapscan is one of them, it's an app on your phone you can load your credit card info into and then you pay by scanning a QR code which will appear on the Buffalo payment page. That way Buffalo never sees your credit card or debit card details. Payment confirmation is then instantaneous. There are about a dozen ways to pay on the website including EFT. Snapscan is not affiliated or linked to Buffalo or Temu.

You probably also got the fake Aqua-X sleeves. If it's like pantyhose - you can see your skin and every muscle and shape of your arm - it's fake. If it's like tights and you can't see your skin, it's more likely the real deal.

My six pairs are all fake VS what I bought on Takealot for R97 to R104/pair.
 
First time my packages were handed to a third party, who has apparently left it at West Bay 5. So I'm guessing Fastway
 
Received my first shipment from Temu, the items are worth the price I paid for them except the USB hub which makes my PC act weird and the one USB port doesn't work if the other is used.

I want to return it and found that they don't have option to report a faulty product

Edit: maybe I have to wait for the delivery to be confirmed sent on their end....

Give it a 1 star review and they will ask you if you want a refund.

A few Uyghurs will be punished dearly, but you’ll get a refund.
