Happens to me all the time.

Reminds me of a few weeks ago.

a team member left stuff till last minute.

"I could not do my work cause my machine was Bitlocked and IT needed to fix it"

Till today I have no idea how to fix it. Listen...

"My machine got Bitlocked, yet I was typing the correct password"
No no, big ****ing issue here.

"My machine got Bitlocked" but "yet I was typing the correct password"

I still have the ticket open. Person unlocked his machine after I gave the key and could log in, yet could not sign in correctly that evening.

A fully-charged Industrial Cattleprod will work wonders.
 
Pop up balloons obscuring some part on the screen, or preventing you from proceeding until you get rid of the ***** thing.

VMWare's VMRC is a case in point. As is Windows 10/11 with its slide-in notifications.

Urgh.

Also - news and other things that "open on hover" - it is the most singularly infuriating and frustrating KAK I've ever seen in Windows.

On that day you typed your password correctly, but the machine got locked still.

Still have no fix.

No password reset was done by myself.

For that moment in time, the laptop not live via a VPN, offline, decided that your password was incorrect.
Yet when the machine got unlocked, your password suddenly worked.

But, "yet I was typing the correct password"

Same problem with my old place I worked.

The laptop stopped working, yet the lady did not spill water on it.
When I picked it up, water was dripping from it.

But, "I did not spill water on it".

If the ticket system is still somewhere, that ticket will still be open.
