Lol. It didn't even get a vote on the Senate floor. Until I see an actual vote, there's no way it can be claimed to be an actual bi-partisan bill. I am not interested in Republicans saying how said they'd vote for the bill. I'm interested in actual votes - to put their finger where their mouth is, so to speak.

What makes a bipartisan bill is who penned it not who voted for it and this one is very much bipartisan.

You are re-defining words to suit your agenda again. From Ballotopedia:

In a two-party system, like in the United States, bipartisan typically refers to any bill, act, resolution or any other action of a political body in which both of the major political parties, Republicans and Democrats, are in agreement. Often, compromises are called bipartisan if they reconcile the desires of both parties from an original version of legislation or other proposal, and often, bipartisanship is referred to "meeting in the middle."

If Republicans tanked the bill, how can you say with a straight face that the parties are in agreement with each other?

No you're just weaselling out of the events that actually transpired. The bill was put together with broad Republican agreement. Both the parties were ready to vote it through. Then Trump put the kibbutz on it for his own political purposes and now they're trying to retcon history and blame Democrats for not co-signing on their bill which had zero bipartisan support. You love to act as though nobody was around to witness things, but this was only like a month ago dude. We all saw it happening.
